Job Summary:
- The Warehouse Associate is responsible for inventory, helping with scheduling of shipments, loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments, keeping the warehouse tidy and organized, and supporting assembly operations.
Reporting:
- The Warehouse Associate reports to the Production Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure outbound pallets are accurately labeled, wrapped, documented and loaded.
- Verifies inbound receipts from packing slips.
- Stages, moves, and organizes inventory in the primary and secondary warehouse.
- Informs operations manager of overages, shortages, or damages.
- Control inventory accuracy and keep ERP inventory updated.
- Create and print packing slips.
- Delivers inbound packages to the appropriate teammate/area.
- Supports assembly and tool and die teams by retrieving or supplying products when required.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Operates all forklift equipment, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Complies with all safety standards and reports safety violations to immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1 year experience
- Experience with sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Attention to detail concerning housekeeping, record keeping, and inventory control.
- Diligently attend to details and pursue quality in accomplishing tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Proactively promotes safety.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

- Safety.
- Inventory and Cycle Count Accuracy.
- Shipment Accuracy.
Working Conditions:
- This position will work in an office and shop environment. The shop and warehouse office is air-conditioned with moderate exposure to dust and noise; the warehouse is not. At times work will be performed outside or in areas of the building without HVAC in fluctuating temperatures.
